- You don't need a virus checker under Linux.
- File formats are not proprietary lock-ins
- Linux is very, very, very stable.
- The Linux community has not broken any monopoly laws.
- The Linux community has not played dirty tricks on
competitors.
- Linux runs well on older iron.
- Linux runs on any iron, PPC, Itanium, Intel, Armstrong etc
- Remote terminal software is available for free.
- Linux developers are more responsive to bug reports.
- You can write your own programs using free developer tools.
- Linux licenses are perpetual and don't require a
subscription agreement.
- The BSA does not care if you copy Linux.
- There are no DRM issues with Linux
- There is no spyware built into Linux
- Linux licenses are free.
